If you order and pay before 3pm on business days, your delivery will be shipped that same day. You will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code which allows you to track your shipment.
Wimperextensions benodigdheden is not responsible for any delays that occur at PostNL.
PostNL delivers your order within 24 hours in the Netherlands and Belgium, but delays can occur unfortunately. When nobody is present at the delivery address, the postal worker will try again on the next day. If theres nobody there again, you can pick up your order at the local post office near you. You will receive a notice about this in your mail box. Please remember that the delivery times of the parcel service are different from those of the regular mail .
You can also choose to pick up your order at our warehouse.
While completing your order, you can choose wether you pick it up yourself. You can do this at the following address:

If you decide to choose this option, we will contact you right after weve received your order to schedule an appointment. We try to make your order available on the very same day. You can pay for the order in advance in our online shop or pay by cash or debitcard on-site when you come by. Please note, that you only can pick up if you make an appointment because we also work in the salon and give trainings
If you return a shipment, the following terms apply:
You have to ask permission in advance to the wimperextensions benodigdheden Customer Service by sending an e-mail to email@example.com Please describe why you wish to return your order, your name and order number.

The shipment costs are to be paid by the buyer unless wimperextensions benodigdheden has made an incorrect delivery.
Preferably, the return shipment is to be sent as a registered parcel.

Wimperextensions benodigdheden only reviews the return shipments that were approved by e-mail for return. They have to be unopened, with the products still in their original packaging.
