DO YOU HAVE A PRE-ORDER IN YOUR ORDER?
Do you have a pre-order in your order? Your order will then be shipped as soon as the pre-order has been placed. This means that it often takes a few days longer than normal. We always only put a product on pre-order when we are sure it is on its way.
DO YOU WANT TO PICK UP AN ORDER?
On the left side of your shopping cart you will find the option to pick up. You can then choose from our options in time and day that we have to pick up. If you choose to pay in cash, please bring as appropriate as possible. We make sure your package is ready.
ALL ABOUT RETURNS
If you return an order, the following conditions apply: Prior to a return shipment, you must request permission from the customer service of wimperextensions benodigdheden by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Describe the reason for the return, your name and order number and wait until we agree.
We will send you the return shipping label if you agree. This will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded at your own choice of return.
THE COST OF RETURN SHIPMENT IS FOR THE BUYER UNLESS AN INCORRECT DELIVERY TAKE PLACE.
- Eyelash extensions supplies cannot be held liable in case of loss of the return shipment for shipments that are returned on their own initiative.
- Shipping costs incurred when placing the order if both the return is through your own fault or reason for your own costs.
- We will only take back items that are unopened and the items are still in the original packaging
